Terms of Service.

1. Company

Bortolutti Digital Ltd ("we" or "the Company") is a company registered in England and Wales, Company No. 17173517, with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

2. Services

The Company offers software development, digital platform creation and proprietary product management services. The specific terms of each project are set out in writing in a separate contract with the client.

3. Intellectual property

All code, design and content produced by the Company remain the property of the Company until the agreed fee has been paid in full. After settlement, ownership is transferred to the client to the extent defined in the contract.

4. Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or loss of profit arising from the use of the products developed, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Maximum liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific project.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
